FROM THE ARCHIVE

Meet me at ITC Vegas: making insurance work more efficiently.

AegisNow, Cortex AI OS, and GeneData: connected insurance operations, governed AI agents, and a more productive data team.

I will be attending ITC Vegas in Las Vegas from September 29 to October 1, 2026, to showcase how Genellipse can help insurers simplify complex processes and turn AI into practical business capability. I look forward to meeting insurance leaders, practitioners, and potential partners at Mandalay Bay to discuss the work that consumes time today and the opportunities to improve it together.

Start with the process that slows the business down

Insurance operations depend on a chain of decisions across submissions, underwriting, policy administration, claims, finance, reinsurance, and actuarial review. When information must be re-entered, documents must be checked repeatedly, or exceptions wait in separate queues, a capable team can spend more time moving work than advancing it.

Our conversation at ITC Vegas will start with those practical problems. Where does a process stall? Which steps repeat? What evidence does a reviewer need? Who has authority to approve the next action? Genellipse can help map these questions into a focused automation initiative, with a measurable baseline for turnaround time, manual touches, rework, and service quality.

AegisNow: connect insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial work

AegisNow is our platform for insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial workflows. It brings the operating context of policy and claims activity together with ceded risk, recoveries, pricing, reserving, and review. The purpose is to help teams work from connected information rather than repeatedly reconcile disconnected records.

Consider a claims workflow: incoming information needs to be assembled, checked, routed, and reviewed before the appropriate action is taken. Genellipse can work with an insurer to identify which preparation and coordination steps can be automated, which exceptions require specialist attention, and which decisions must remain under explicit human authority. We then evaluate that workflow against the insurer’s own requirements.

Cortex AI OS: build, deploy, and govern agentic AI

Cortex AI OS helps organizations build, deploy, operate, and govern AI agents within a shared environment. Insurers need more than an agent that can complete a task: they need to control its access, understand its actions, monitor its performance, and intervene when circumstances require review.

Our approach connects agent creation and workflow automation with permissions, policy and budget controls, human approvals, and operational evidence. Genellipse can help translate an insurer’s process into defined agent responsibilities, establish appropriate boundaries, and evaluate behaviour before extending automation to a broader workflow.

Explore Cortex AI

More than 20,000 skills and agents: a faster starting point

The Cortex AI OS catalog currently lists more than 21,500 governed skills and agents ready to install. Teams can choose a relevant catalog item and begin with an install action rather than create every component from scratch. This provides a practical starting point for assembling the capabilities a workflow needs.

Installation is the beginning of deployment. Data connections, permissions, business rules, evaluation, and approval requirements still need to match the organization. Genellipse can help select suitable catalog items, configure them for a defined use case, and test the resulting workflow with business and technology owners. We will distinguish available capabilities from reference blueprints when discussing an insurance demonstration.

GeneData: automate repetitive data work and improve team productivity

AI can only be useful when the information behind it is accessible, understood, and maintained. GeneData brings data engineering, analytics, AI, governance, and operational evidence into a shared platform. It connects the work of engineers, analysts, data scientists, stewards, and business teams across the data lifecycle.

GeneData supports automation across pipeline execution, scheduling, quality checks, retries, lineage capture, and recurring reporting. These capabilities can reduce repetitive coordination and maintenance, helping a leaner data team support more business activity while specialists focus on architecture, exception handling, analysis, and accountability.

The economic objective is to reduce the cost and effort of delivering reliable data. Genellipse can assess a recurring data workflow, identify the manual work and duplicated tooling it involves, and measure the effect of automation on hours spent, delivery time, reliability, and operating cost. The opportunity to reduce staffing requirements depends on the organization’s workload, adoption, and operating model; it should be established through evidence.

How Genellipse can help

We work with insurers as partners. Bring us one complex process and the people who understand it. Together, we can map the current workflow, identify the data it depends on, choose the automation candidates, and define the decisions that require human review. AegisNow provides the insurance operating context, Cortex AI OS supports governed agents, and GeneData provides the data foundation.

From there, we can agree a focused evaluation with clear success measures, integration requirements, ownership, and a phased delivery plan. We will assess these platforms against the systems you already run and the controls your organization needs. The aim is an improvement your team can explain, operate, and measure.

FROM PERSPECTIVE TO PRACTICE
