Insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial operating context: connect policy, claims, financial, and modeling workflows within the agreed implementation scope.
InsuranceReinsurance
Treaty terms, bordereaux, claims updates, and financial records may be maintained separately. Teams spend time tracing how a loss affects ceded exposure and which recovery actions are outstanding.
Solution blueprint: implementation is scoped with your team. The workflow below describes an engagement approach; it is not evidence of a completed customer deployment or a guaranteed return.
FROM PROBLEM TO PROCESS
Bring treaty references, loss records, and ceded calculations into a controlled view.
Identify missing information and differences against the agreed calculation approach.
Prepare recovery work items and supporting evidence for reinsurance specialists.
Genellipse maps the business rules and source systems, configures the agreed capabilities, and validates the workflow with the people who will operate it. Existing systems and supported interfaces determine the integration approach.
Insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial operating context: connect policy, claims, financial, and modeling workflows within the agreed implementation scope.
Data foundation: connect approved sources, prepare governed datasets, track lineage and quality, and support repeatable analysis and reporting.
Agent workflow: assemble evidence, assist with drafting and coordination, and apply configured permissions, evaluation, approval, and monitoring controls.
VALUE TO MEASURE
Reduce reconciliation effort and follow-up delays. Separate accelerated cash collection from incremental recoveries, and avoid counting an existing receivable as new revenue.
Agree definitions, data sources, and an observation period before the MVP. Compare similar work, include exception handling and quality review, and subtract implementation and ongoing operating costs.
A current-state workflow map, data and interface assessment, configured MVP, evaluation evidence, and a phased delivery recommendation. Agree the output, acceptance criteria, operating owner, and improvement measures before extending the scope.
A recovery workflow brings together treaty terms, claim movements, evidence, and receivable status. It can reduce preparation delays and make unresolved differences visible without confusing an identified recovery with cash received.

Estimate the annual financing benefit of collecting an existing flow of receivables earlier. Use the annual amount whose timing actually improves, not the entire book. Recovered principal is not counted as new revenue. The example assumes the timing improvement applies consistently and excludes disputed or uncollectible amounts.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO
Annual financing benefit = annual eligible collections × days collected earlier ÷ 365 × annual financing rate. First-year net value subtracts implementation and 12 months of operating cost. The model excludes additional recoveries and does not value the receivable principal as a benefit.
All inputs are illustrative, not industry benchmarks. Currency selection changes labels without converting values. Validate your baseline, delivery costs, timing, and assumptions before an investment decision.
